Coaching Conversations
The organisational dynamic is changing rapidly. We are requesting more of everyone, all of the time. And the result? Sickness, absenteeism and corporate bullying are rife. As a business leader, it is your role to address these issues. Yet you yourself may be suffering from them.
You’re not alone. If you want share issues and identify solutions with like-minded leaders on a regular basis, join the Coaching Conversations programme.
Coaching Conversations do exactly what they say on the tin. They are telephone conversation between you, others like you, and a CP coach.
Calls are held once a month and are an hour long. Participants will be given a number to dial at a set time and date.
What will we talk about?
The topic of each Coaching Conversation is led by you, the participants. Subjects discussed so far include:
- The sustainability of learning
- Moods and morale
- Importance of distinctions in conversation
- Speech acts

Coaching Conversations are intended to stimulate and support. We will ask lots of questions and offer inspired hunches that likely to propel you to new levels of communication. You need to be ready to really stretch your thinking.
The conversations are extended during a week-long retreat, held twice a year.
