The Pause Programmes
The Pause Playground
The Pause Playground is a community meeting place where like-minded individuals exchange ideas and create new possibilities in all areas of their lives.
It’s an experiential programme where participants create their own learning in order to address issues that may be recurring both in and outside of work. For three hours once a month, a maximum of eight participants and a CP coach meet face to face.
The collective aim is to be heard and validated by your peers in an open, sharing space. For maximum benefit, you’ll not only have a buddy to help you develop leadership and facilitator skills you will also receive hands-on coaching to address any issues.
You’ll also be offered the opportunity to do a social responsibility project (outside your organisation) of your choice – a chance to truly demonstrate your value.
What we ask of you:
- A minimum commitment to attend six consecutive sessions. This is requested.
- That you’ve reached a level of self-awareness sufficient to allow you to be constructive in a group. Ideally you have basic coaching skills, are comfortable asking probing questions and, most importantly, are better at listening than giving answers!
Participants in this programme are invited to join the daily Pause Guided Visualisations.
