Sue Bottomley

Sue Bottomley

Sue is among the finest executive coaches in Britain. She intuitively asks the questions no-one else dares. For over 15 years she’s been transforming the working lives of the leaders of the UK’s largest businesses, an area she knows well from her previous life as a corporate banker.

Specialising in shadow coaching, Sue is particularly gifted at creating space for new possibilities, delving to the core of an issue and inviting fruitful ways of looking at it so that you can go on to live your ambitions with ease. She says that working in complete confidentiality with individuals, especially in sensitive, political situations, is a real honour.

A Master NLP Practitioner, a certified Prosperity Guide, The Journey,Emotional Freedom Technique, and Emotional Intelligence Partnership graduate.Sue is a recognisedmentor coach. She is Professional Certified Coach accredited by the International Coach Federation. Her remarkable breadth of training includes time with Tony Robbins, Richard Bandler, the Covey Institute, Landmark Education, Osho and the Newfield Network.

She has sat with indigenous leaders from Maori and Native American Indians, Buddhist, Islamic, Hindu and Kabala teachers and creates and shares from these experiences.

Not one to take life too seriously (there’s no mistaking that twinkle in her eye), straight-talking Sue brings humour to the soup of issues facing business today. “I do what I do because we are all full of stories that knock us off the path to our full potential. And I like freedom, busting the limitations that trap us,” she says.

"I have an intense pride in the level of mastery in my team. We learn from each other, our clients and our unfolding journeys. May we continue to travel well together and show gratitude for our adventure."
